Welcome to Strategic Swag. My name is Ben Baker and I am the President of CMYK Solutions Inc. My goal in creating this blog is to ask the how and why questions when it comes to promotional marketing and let the what questions fall where they may. In other words, the individual product that is part of the marketing campaign has to reflect the brand and marketing objectives.
I have learned over the years that promotional marketing is a valuable tool to help companies communicate effectively. It is the strategy of understanding what people want to communicate and to whom that is the most critical. Once those factors are understood, creating the right piece, for the right campaign that allows messaging to be understood and recalled successfully is the end goal.
